| OBJECTIVES | A trainee successfully completing this course will:

| ENTRY STANDARDS |
age : at least 16 years old; health status : is physically and mentally fit to operate a pleasure craft, and in particular, has sufficient powers of vision and hearing; ones, who has successfully completed training course for as minimum deck ratings/officer and has initial experience in yacht handling as far as basic safety familiarization training too; |
| CERTIFICATION |
Provided that this course has been approved by the Administration or the Class, a seafarer who successfully completes it will be issued with a certificate attesting that he or she has completed a course which meets or exceeds the level of knowledge specified as a ”Yacht Captain”. |

The maximum number of course attendees is 16 |
| STAFF REQUIREMENTS |
The course is conducted by qualified instructors that hold a valid Master’s license and have an adequate experience in this subject. |
