OBJECTIVES |

ENTRY STANDARDS | Course participants should have basic knowledge of maritime radio communication practice, a working knowledge of English and elementary computer skills. |
CERTIFICATION | Certificate of successful completion of the training course to be issued. |
STUDENT NUMBER LIMITATION | The maximum number of course attendees is 8 |
STAFF REQUIREMENTS | The course is conducted by qualified instructors that hold a valid General Operator’s Certificate and have practical training and experience in maritime radio communications, including GMDSS. Course instructors also have a good general knowledge of ships, maritime Distress, Urgency and Safety as well as Search and Rescue matters. |
